TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in and access to the online course (“Course”) provided by Glam With K Studios Pty Ltd (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By enrolling in the Course, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility
Enrollment is open to individuals who meet the prerequisites for the course, including but not limited to any foundational requirements. We reserve the right to request proof of eligibility and may deny access if prerequisites are not met.

2. Presale Access
Presale Enrollment: During the presale period, students may purchase the Course at a special presale price before its official release.

Course Availability: Students who enroll during the presale will gain access to all Course materials on the official launch date.

Presale Policy: By purchasing during the presale, you acknowledge that you will not have immediate access to the Course materials, and content will become available on the specified launch date.

No Refunds on Presale: All presale purchases are final. Due to the digital nature of the Course, no refunds, exchanges, or transfers will be permitted once payment is made.

3. Course Access
Delivery Format: The Course is delivered digitally via our platform (Thinkable)

Access Duration: You will receive lifetime access to the Course content, including future updates unless stated otherwise.

Non-Transferable: Course access is granted solely to the enrolled student and may not be shared, resold, or transferred under any circumstances.

4. Payment and Refunds
Pricing: The Course fee is clearly stated at the point of purchase. All prices are in USD and include applicable taxes where required.

Accepted Payments: We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, UnionPay), debit cards, and digital payment options such as Apple Pay.

Payment Plans:
Students who opt for a payment plan will have access to course materials based on the payment schedule as follows:

1st Payment (1/3): Access to the first portion of the Course content.

2nd Payment (2/3): Access to the next portion of the Course content.

3rd Payment (3/3): Access to all remaining Course content.

If you have paid in full, you will receive immediate access to the entire course on launch day.

Delays in Payment: Delayed payments will result in delayed access to Course materials. Access will only be granted as payments are completed.

Failure to Complete Payments: Failure to complete payments will result in the suspension or revocation of access to the Course without refund.

Refund Policy: Due to the nature of digital education, all sales are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE. By purchasing, you agree to waive any right to dispute or reverse charges via your payment provider.

5. Intellectual Property
All content provided within the Course, including videos, text, graphics, downloadable materials, and guides, is the intellectual property of Glam With K Studios Pty Ltd. Students may not reproduce, redistribute, record, screenshot, or publicly share any part of the Course content without express written permission.

Violation of this clause may result in immediate removal from the Course without refund and potential legal action.

6. Certification
Upon successful completion of the Course, a digital Certificate of Completion will be provided. This certificate acknowledges completion but does not imply accreditation, licensing, or qualification to perform any services without meeting your region’s certification or regulatory requirements.

7. Student Conduct
By enrolling in the Course, you agree to:

Use the Course materials for personal and professional development only.

Respect the Course community (if applicable) and refrain from harassment, inappropriate behavior, or spam.

Follow ethical industry practices in your professional work.

We reserve the right to revoke access without refund if these guidelines are violated.

8. Course Updates and Availability
We may update, enhance, or change elements of the Course at any time to ensure quality and accuracy. While we aim for consistent availability, we are not liable for technical issues that may temporarily affect access. Support will be provided in such cases.

9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your application of techniques taught in the Course. It is your responsibility to ensure you are qualified and insured to offer any services in your region.

10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
